An expert in our platform’s functionalities, you will oversee the SwiftCloud implementation process from start to finish. This will include gathering client requirements, providing personalised solutions, and delivering projects in a timely manner. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, your main responsibilities will be to ensure smooth data extraction and transformation, whilst also offering tailored solutions and support to clients. You will encounter clients with a wide range of technical abilities, so it is essential that you can communicate effectively to people of all levels of understanding. Implementation Consultants at Adventoris are deeply involved in the hands-on execution of the implementation process. Our team works closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth launch on the SwiftCloud platform. Principle Duties · Own the implementation process, overseeing data extraction, import, and automation, ensuring adherence to project timelines. · Efficiently manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. · Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting them in using the SwiftCloud platform effectively. · Proactively recommend and implement relevant features to enhance client experience. · Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and activities using the CRM system, ticketing, and documentation systems (as appropriate). · Serve as a liaison between clients and the Development team, reporting enhancement requests, requirements, and bug reports. · Mentor and train less experienced Implementation Consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. · Uphold Adventoris' core values of integrity, honesty, and trust in all client interactions and internal processes. Person Specification Requirements · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (Essential) · PL/SQL, SQL, Excel, or other data manipulation experience (Essential) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Essential) · Exceptional customer service mindset (Essential) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential) · Project management skills with a focus on timely and effective implementations (Essential) · Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (Essential) · Business acumen and understanding of commercial operations (Desirable) · Basic understanding of ERP systems (Desirable) Qualifications/Experience · A degree or equivalent in an IT-related subject (Desirable) · Qualification in an IT/software-related subject (Desirable) · 2+ years’ experience within a similar role (Desirable) Other Requirements · Must be located within the commuting distance of Huddersfield (Essential) · Enthusiastic and results-oriented attitude (Essential) · Collaborative mindset: openness to new ideas and adaptability to change (Essential) · Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation and time management skills (Essential) · Full UK driving license (Desirable) Job Type Full-time (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week) Reporting To Implementation Team Leader Salary £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Benefits Company pension, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, on-site parking, referral program, sick pay Work Location Office-based near Huddersfield town centre; not a hybrid role.
