Our Realiti® suite is an award-winning, cloud-enabled platform that delivers real-time, enterprise-wide 360° visibility of a firm's liquidity landscape, transforming the way financial institutions manage their liquidity. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering successful client implementations of the Planixs platform. The role acts as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and project leadership to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, meet business requirements, and achieve successful adoption. The Implementation Consultant will take ownership of implementation workstreams from requirements gathering through to deployment, validation, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Consulting: · Lead client workshops to gather business, functional and operational requirements · Develop a thorough understanding of client business processes and operating models · Translate client requirements into solution designs and implementation approaches · Provide trusted advice and challenge where appropriate to ensure best practice adoption of the platform · Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project delivery Solution Design & Implementation: · Produce functional specifications, process documentation and implementation deliverables · Support integration design activities and data mapping exercises · Work closely with technical teams to resolve implementation challenges · Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise implementations Project Delivery: · Own delivery of assigned workstreams and implementation activities · Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and deliverables · Support project planning, estimation and resource forecasting · Monitor implementation progress and report status to internal and client stakeholders · Contribute to successful go-live planning and execution Testing & Validation: · Support test strategy creation and execution · Facilitate User Acceptance Testing activities · Perform solution validation and reconciliation activities · Investigate and resolve implementation defects and issues Continuous Improvement: · Contribute to implementation methodologies, standards and best practices · Develop reusable implementation artefacts and templates · Support the adoption of automation and AI-enabled delivery tooling as these capabilities mature · Share knowledge across the Client Services function Required Skills & Experience Essential · 3+ years experience delivering business software implementations · Experience facilitating client workshops and requirements gathering. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously · Experience supporting software testing and deployment activities Desirable · Would be highly advantageous but not essential for applicants to have an understanding of SWIFT formats, both MT and MX · Financial services, treasury or liquidity management experience · Data analysis and reconciliation experience · API and integration experience · SaaS or cloud-based software delivery experience You will have interactions with customers, business analysts, project management and Planixs senior management.
