# Implementation Consultant **Confience** · Jundiaí, SP · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities and Duties: -Assist in mapping and documenting processes; -Configure the system using technical information provided by the client or internal stakeholders; -Set up client testing and production environments to enable resource utilization; -Validate and deploy extensions developed in the client environment, making them ready for presentation/use; -Prepare and deliver training sessions to clients or other company employees; -Provide support to internal and external clients, offering information and/or guidance related to the area of expertise; -Ensure increased user engagement with Labsoft services and products; -Guide clients in identifying and purchasing equipment and infrastructure installation services to support the provided systems; -Research, gather, produce, and disseminate updated information to relevant audiences; -Analyze and investigate problems, system failures, and logs; -Identify and propose improvements in implementation processes and procedures; -Collaborate with other project roles and departments to ensure technical understanding and alignment necessary for project progress; -Study and analyze the impact and application of features based on system configuration changes; -Propose and develop actions aligned with strategic guidelines, including work plans and budgets; -Comply with the department and company methodologies, standards, and procedures; -Delegate and manage tasks for assistants/interns to accelerate activities; -Perform other tasks related to the implementation process and client support, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields; -Experience or familiarity with laboratory routines; -Intermediate Excel skills; -Advanced/Fluent English; -Ability to analyze data and prepare reports; -Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; -Good teaching skills for user training; -Proactive and well-organized; -Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.
