Company representative to government agencies like Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs (BOC). Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Processing (face-to-face) of Permits at the PEZA Zone Offices for the following transactions: a. Indirect/Drop-Off Export via PEZA Outgoing Form 8106 b. Local Sales(Finished Products/Subcontracting Services/Drop-Off) via 8106 b. Temporary/Permanent Transfers to/from Customs Territory (Farm-in via 8105/Farm-Out via 8106) c. Intrazone Transfers-Manual (PEZA Form 8112) d .Local Purchases (PEZA Incoming Form 8105) e. Manual Letter of Authority (LOA) applications/Other Letter Requests f. Monitoring Liquidation Ledgers of Indirect/Drop-Off Sales LOAs 2. Processing of Electronic Permits at PEZA - The One Portal System (PTOPS): a. Uploading of List of Importables for Electronic Certificate of Authority to Import (ECAI) b. Import Permit processing c. Uploading of Matrix of Exportables (MOE) d. Export Declaration processing e. Annual Compliance Certifications (COI, VAT Cert, CETI) 3. Processing of PEZA Permits at the web site of the company’s chosen Value-Added Services Provider (VASP) for the following transactions: a. Electronic Zone Transfer System (eZTS) processing with Other PEZA Export/Logistics Enterprises (if any) c. Nomination of licensed Brokers for Other Steel 4. Preparation of the following reports needed for the submission of Ecozone Monthly Performance Report (EZMPR), TIMTA Reports: a. Sales Liquidation Report based on processed 8106 (Local & Export Sales) b. Local Purchases Report based on processed 8105 (Machinery & Equipment, Spare Parts, Tools, Raw Materials, Supplies) d. Report on Imports based on processed Import Permits e. Report on Direct Exports based on processed Export Declarations f. Detailed Summary Series of processed PEZA Forms (8105, 8106, 8112) 5. Preparation and submission of Ecozone Monthly Performance Report (EZMPR) at the PEZA web site. 6. Facilitate Order of Payment for Other Steel-related PEZA fees/permits at the PEZA online 7. Processing (face-to-face) at the BOC Zone Offices for the following transactions: a. Processing of 8106 and 8105 (after PEZA processing) b. Assist Broker representative in the processing of imported deliveries upon arrival to the zone. c. Submission of General Transportation Surety Bond (GTSB) for Indirect/Drop-Off Export LOAs (if any) e. Processing and payment of Informal Entries (Disposition of Assets/Scraps related to Other Steel) 8. Semi-monthly/Monthly preparation and Email submission to BOC of Local Sales Liquidation Report with VAT Return of Buyer (if any) 9. Annual processing of application and payment for issuance of General Transportation Surety Bond (GTSB) for: a. Every LOA issued by PEZA for Indirect/Drop-Off Export transactions. b. Every port the company has decided for its import entries (MICP, POM, NAIA, Clark, etc.) 10. Processing of Request for Reimbursements of PEZA/BOC-related fees 11. Scanning and filing of hard copies of PEZA documents. 12 .Coordination with NSCR Team, Admin Team, Brokers, VASPs and PEZA & BOC Zone Offices for PEZA/BOC-related transactions 13. Other PEZA/BOC-related tasks not mentioned above that may be assigned by the Admin Head or the Plant Manager. Qualifications: Graduate of any four-year course Preferably with at least 1 year experience related to job requirement Proficient in MS Excel (for compliance reports) and MS Word (for letter requests) Willing to do field work (if necessary on a particular working day) Preferably can drive a 4-wheel vehicle Proactive but respectful Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Free parking On-site parking Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided Ability to commute/relocate: Calamba City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: ImpEx Processing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
