Provide personalized advice on suitable residency options based on individual requirements. Sales: Promote immigration services to prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, marketing campaigns, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the immigration process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle all personal data responsibly. Requirements We welcome candidates with a Diploma or equivalent educational background. Prior experience in immigration consultancy, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong understanding of Immigration application processes will be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with strong client empathy and professionalism. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
