Immigration Paralegal (Russian-speaking)

We are currently seeking a Russian-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our Employment-Based Immigration team and support attorneys with a range of employment-based matters.

Schedule : Full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation : $25/hour

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and file employment-based petitions and applications (Forms I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-907, I-824), ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Prepare and organize case materials and supporting documentation for filings and responses.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates.
• Track case progress, monitor deadlines and update the case management system.
• Assist attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and quality control of filings and correspondence.

Requirements :

• Fluency in Russian and English required.
• Immigration experience preferred; employment-based experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
