ROLE As an Immigration Consultant , you will work closely with professionals, individuals and families seeking guidance on their Singapore immigration journey. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role suited for individuals who are confident in communication, relationship building and consultative sales. JOB DESCRIPTION Engage and follow up with prospective clients Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs and objectives Recommend suitable immigration services and solutions Guide clients through the consultation and onboarding journey Build and maintain long-term client relationships Develop referrals and grow your own client network Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups Work towards monthly performance targets Participate in ongoing immigration, product and sales training Training and guidance will be provided. REMUNERATION Tiered Monthly Performance Incentives + Progressive Commission Our remuneration structure is designed to reward performance at every stage. Consultants earn sales commission together with additional monthly performance incentives upon achieving designated sales milestones . As your performance grows, you progress through higher commission and incentive tiers. Multiple performance tiers | Commission of up to 25% | Uncapped earning potential Full remuneration structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
