The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience in the immigration/visa consultancy industry , with strong communication, client-handling, and lead-conversion skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach prospective clients interested in immigration and visa services. Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other business-development activities. Understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable immigration or visa programs. Provide accurate information regarding immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and requirements. Conduct client consultations and explain available programs and services professionally. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and prospective clients to convert inquiries into applications. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Coordinate with legal, documentation, and processing teams to ensure smooth case handling. Maintain accurate client information and update CRM records regularly. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and procedures. Ensure all sales and client interactions are conducted professionally and ethically. Provide regular updates to management regarding leads, conversions, and sales performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development , or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in immigration, visa consultancy, or a related industry . Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa services, recruitment, or legal services will be an advantage. Strong understanding of immigration and visa procedures. Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Excellent client-handling and relationship-management abilities. Ability to achieve monthly sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
