Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Immigration Case Worker to join our team at our Mississauga office. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC–IRB) and assist with application preparation, client communication, document management, administrative support, and file tracking. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in building a career in Canadian immigration services. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing temporary and permanent residence applications, including work permits, study permits, visitor applications, Express Entry, permanent residence, Labour Market Impact Assessments, and family sponsorships. Review client documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Complete IRCC forms and supporting documentation under the direct supervision of an RCIC. Draft document checklists, submission letters, explanations, and routine correspondence. Communicate professionally with clients by telephone, email, and other approved channels. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, information, signatures, and deadlines. Maintain organized electronic and physical client files. Update case-management systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and internal file notes. Track application deadlines, expiry dates, appointments, and case milestones. Conduct research on immigration programs, eligibility requirements, policy updates, and processing procedures. Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, scanning documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with daily office operations. Handle confidential personal and financial information with professionalism and discretion. Perform other reasonable duties related to case processing and office administration. Qualifications Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Professional telephone and email etiquette. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, organization, and data-entry accuracy. Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and respect for confidentiality. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, online portals, and case-management software. Familiarity with IRCC forms, portals, and Canadian immigration processes is an asset. At least one year of administrative, legal, customer-service, or immigration-office experience is preferred. Students and recent graduates in Immigration Consulting, Legal Studies, Law Clerk, Office Administration, Public Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, or another language commonly spoken by our clients is an asset where it supports client communication.
