Position ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Experience 4–5 Years of relevant ICU experience Qualification MBBS from a recognized medical college Valid registration with the Medical Council/NMC Relevant experience in ICU/critical care is required Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU. Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Respond promptly to emergencies and clinical deterioration. Assist consultants and intensivists in patient management. Manage routine ICU procedures and emergency interventions within scope of practice. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and clinical documentation. Coordinate with nurses, consultants, and other departments for patient care. Monitor medication, investigations, and treatment plans as advised by consultants. Handle ICU emergencies and initiate appropriate immediate management. Ensure compliance with hospital infection-control and patient-safety protocols. Participate in shift handovers and maintain continuity of patient care. Desired Skills Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Good knowledge of critical-care protocols Ability to handle emergency situations calmly Effective communication and teamwork Good documentation and patient-management skills Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights Salary Competitive salary based on experience and clinical expertise.
