We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused ICT Customer Support Officer and Web Administrator to provide technical support to our customers, maintain Techprint's ICT systems and online services, and coordinate with external technology, printing and service providers. This is a hands-on role within a small business where you will work closely with the business owner and communicate directly with customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting customers with our online services, maintaining ICT systems and documentation, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure technical and customer requirements are resolved efficiently. Your tasks will include: Providing technical support to customers and the business owner for computer hardware, software, website, online ordering and network-related issues, both face-to-face and over the phone, email and online channels. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, internet and network connectivity issues and documenting the diagnosis and resolution of technical faults. Installing, testing, configuring and maintaining computers, workstations, printers, software applications and other ICT equipment. Supporting Techprint's website and online ordering systems, including troubleshooting customer accounts, online orders, artwork/file uploads and website functionality issues. Managing passwords, accounts, access and permissions for Techprint's business and online systems and maintaining accurate access records. Maintaining ICT documentation, procedures, equipment and network information, troubleshooting records and technical knowledge documentation. Monitoring and assisting with system updates, backups, security and other routine ICT maintenance to support reliable business operations. Responding to customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements and providing guidance on Techprint's products, online systems and digital services. Receiving and coordinating customer orders, confirming technical and artwork requirements and keeping customers informed throughout the order process. Liaising with external IT, website, telecommunications, printing and other service providers to communicate requirements, troubleshoot issues and coordinate work through to resolution. Investigating recurring technical and customer issues, identifying root causes and recommending practical improvements to systems, procedures and customer experience. Maintaining an understanding of website design and administration, including website functionality, content updates, responsive design and basic website troubleshooting. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role. Strong troubleshooting experience across computer hardware, software, Windows, printers and network connectivity. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, Web Dev, Graphic Design and network troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft 365, email, accounts, passwords and access management. Experience installing and configuring computers, software applications, printers and peripheral equipment. Experience maintaining ICT documentation, technical procedures and troubleshooting records. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical information clearly. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take ownership of technical and customer issues through to resolution. Experience communicating and coordinating with external vendors and service providers. Familiarity with websites, e-commerce platforms and online ordering systems. Understanding of website design and administration would be advantageous. Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline would be highly regarded. Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
