We support clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, including organisations in financial services, telecommunications, healthcare and retail. Key Responsibilities ● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business,product, and technology teams. ● Lead requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and solutioning discussions and related scrum ceremonies. ● Deeply understand business needs by engaging directly with clients, reviewing documentation, and conducting independent research. ● Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional designs and roadmaps. ● Document and manage requirements using tools such as Confluence, Rally, and ServiceNow, ensuring traceability and alignment across teams. ● Work closely with development teams to provide ongoing clarification on requirements and contribute to solution design across multiple asset teams. ● Drive alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions, ensuring that each release meets intended outcomes. ● Collaborate with global and remote teams to address issues, resolve ambiguities, and support planning and delivery. ● Apply structured requirement management techniques, including userstory creation, data mapping, data modeling, root cause analysis, prototyping, and interface modeling. ● Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex business processes and requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience ● Strong understanding of requirement engineering and documentation best practices, with the ability to confidently apply techniques such as story writing, prototyping, and governance processes. ● Understanding of reconciliation as a function including experience in GL functions in the banking domain across multiple systems ● Prior experience in reconciliations transformation and automation in the financial services, financial crimes domains. ● Strong data analytics skills and ability to redefine optimized processes. ● Create reconciliation-related PoCs, and create data match rules. ● Should have worked on projects where there are multiple source system integrations. ● Prepare the requirements and support the Quality Engineering teams by providing guidance and validating test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements. ● 7+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, preferably in payments,banking, or financial services. Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
