Position Summary As Iberian Workplace Experience & Facilities Specialist, you will drive workplace excellence across Iberia through data-driven facilities management, workplace technologies, mobility solutions and employee experience initiatives. A Day in the Life Optimize workplace operations and space utilization. Manage mobility solutions, carsharing and charging systems. Oversee workplace platforms, data quality and user support. Coordinate office events and workplace communications. Create dashboards and insights to improve performance and costs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers across Iberia. Challenge current Workplace systems to improve operations and user experience. What Will Make You Successful + 3 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management or operations. Strong analytical capabilities with Power BI and Excel. Experience with digital platforms and automation initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
