Hygiene Solutions Service team leader

1. Job Summary

Leading the Hygiene Solutions service team to gain best customer satisfaction. Follow up on customers complaints and suggest solutions. Check the calibration as per the assessment sheet and maintain NAPCO standards in market visits.

1. Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)

Leading the service technician team to do the Services CC monthly for Key Accounts in all areas under the Team Leader Responsibility.

Assure that the call cycle visits comply with NAPCO service standards as per the JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS given to the service technician by conducting market visits with service technicians as per the requirement of Market Developer in each area.

Track unfinished installation, the reason behind it and report to Market Developer. Report the competitor’s activity to Market Developer and sales team.

Fill evaluation performance sheet for every technician after every market visit.

Evaluate and train new joining technicians in service department.

Conduct the assessment for all new outlets (current or new customers)

Monitor the stock for accessories and tools needed during call cycle visit, otherwise, make sure that his requirements are shared with Market Developer.

Prepare technicians incentives and discuss with market developer for approval.

Add new customers on CC (by location).

Responsible for the sample preparation and sample room.

Full responsibility for the below reports:

• CC Achievement % Report
• Accessories consumption Report
• Daily Service Report

3.1 Internal:

AFH Sales Team Leaders, AFH Sales Managers and CRU Unit Head, QC, AFH Category Manager, Division Managers.

3.2 External:

Customers Other Affiliates upon need.

1. Required Job Qualifications & Competencies 4.1 Education & Experience

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in management marketing (Engineering is a plus) Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar and related field

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Chemistry: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
