Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will support hydraulic servicing, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities for marine equipment and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing hydraulic systems, hydraulic power units, and components on board ships, rigs, and in workshops.
• Inspect, service, and test hydraulic components, including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and filters.
• Perform daily tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
• Support lifting equipment inspection jobs as required.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and ship crew.
• Maintain service and project documentation as instructed by the Team Lead.
• Follow company HSE guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in manufacturer training programs when required.
• Be willing to work in workshops, yards, anchorage locations, and overseas.
• Learn and support new products and services in the marine industry.

Requirements

• BE / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–6 years of hands-on technical experience in any country.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Previous experience in hydraulic servicing is an added advantage.
• Good spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand product models and technical specifications quickly.
• Quick learner with a disciplined and responsible approach to work.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment safely.

Preferred Candidate

• Age: 25–35 years.
• Candidates willing to work in marine service environments, including ships, rigs, workshops, and anchorage locations.
• Candidates willing to travel overseas for service assignments and attend technical training.
