HxGN EAM Analyst

Location: 2 Broadway, New York, NY Schedule: 35 hours per week; hybrid Consultant Contract: Up to 12 months (1099,C2C) Target start: December 2026

MTA is seeking an experienced HxGN EAM Analyst to improve how subway track locations are organized and mapped in its asset management and GIS systems. You’ll build on an existing pilot to improve data accuracy and support maintenance and service planning.

What you’ll do

• Gather requirements from operations, planning, and technical teams.
• Configure HxGN EAM and ESRI GIS to create consistent track segments across the subway network.
• Help implement rules for service planning and track flagging.
• Update asset, defect, and work order records, keeping EAM and GIS data synchronized.
• Assess how system changes affect related processes and support integration with other systems.

Required experience

• 5+ years working with HxGN EAM, formerly Infor EAM.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience extending HxGN EAM through its Extensibility Framework and developing FlexSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with EAM implementations and ESRI GIS.
• Strong understanding of asset management, work orders, planning, and equipment modules.
• Knowledge of Python, FME, linear referencing systems (LRS), and relational databases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and troubleshoot software issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, including explaining technical information to nontechnical teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.

Preferred: 2–3 years of railroad or transit industry experience.

Pay: $65.00 - $95.00 per hour
