Coordinate installation of HVAC equipment, ducting, insulation, piping and associated accessories. Review HVAC drawings and coordinate with design and project teams. Ensure proper testing, commissioning and balancing of HVAC systems. Supervise plumbing, drainage, water supply and related piping works. Coordinate firefighting piping, pumps, hydrants, sprinkler and fire alarm-related works. Check installation as per approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and vendors. Monitor site progress and manpower deployment. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for timely resolution. Check material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
