This HVAC Service Operations Manager role is built for someone who wants real leadership. Not chaos. Not constant firefighting. A place where culture matters as much as revenue, and where taking care of employees helps them take care of homeowners. What You'll Be Doing You’ll lead 8 field employees and 1 field supervisor. Your day is about setting the tone, protecting the customer experience, and keeping the team moving toward clear goals. You’ll coach, train, and hold people accountable without crushing morale. You’ll focus on the process, not just the problems. That means improving KPIs, ticket averages, and closing rates while building systems that support steady growth. What You'll Earn You’ll earn $65,000 to $85,000 per year in base pay, plus a high-ceiling performance bonus program with real commission and achievable performance bonuses.
