This position is ideal for a hands-on technical expert looking to manage job sites, oversee field crews, and drive project execution while expanding their project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee site installations, routine maintenance, and complex troubleshooting on HVAC systems. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to solve complex field issues. Manage daily job logs, project documentation, and work tickets via mobile service apps. Coordinate with project managers, field technicians, and subcontractors to keep jobs on schedule. Lead daily site safety, enforce OSHA compliance, and manage local NYC code requirements. Qualifications Experience: 5–7+ years in commercial/residential HVAC field service or technical supervision. Mandatory Certifications: Active FDNY F-60 & G-60, OSHA 40 or 62, and EPA 608. Technical Skills: Strong blueprint reading, diagnostic troubleshooting, and field app proficiency. Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and lead job sites.
