# HVAC Project Manager **Proviso** · Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Manager – HVAC Location: Mumbai & Multiple Locations Experience: 10–15 Years overall, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute single or multiple HVAC projects from start to final handover. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMCs, and other stakeholders for smooth and timely execution. - Ensure proper HVAC technical execution, quality, and safety standards. - Manage site resources, including engineers, labour contractors, and inventory. - Monitor project billing, payment collections, costs, and project P&L. - Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions. - Keep clients and management informed about critical project issues. - Ensure timely project completion, handover, and final closure. - Guide and train junior/site engineers. Key Requirement: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC with hands-on experience in HVAC project execution and project management . Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
