HVAC Project Engineer

HVAC Project Manager – Brooklyn General Maintenance Abu Dhabi · Full-time · Commercial Project

we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery end-to-end.

What you’ll do:

• Own the HVAC project from kickoff to handover
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications; raise technical queries
• Source and manage installation subcontractor teams
• Procure equipment and materials; negotiate with suppliers
• Build and maintain the project schedule; track progress against milestones
• Manage client, consultant, and main-contractor communication
• Enforce HSE, QA/QC, and permit requirements on site
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, variations, and progress reports
• Protect project margins and flag cost risks early

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years HVAC project management experience in the UAE , commercial projects
• Engineering background (Mechanical / HVAC) preferred
• Strong on VRF/VRV, chilled water, ducted systems, controls
• Experience managing subcontractors and labor supply companies
• Comfortable with AutoCAD / Revit MEP for drawing reviews
• Knowledge of UAE codes, Civil Defence, Estidama / Pearl requirements
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Strong English (Arabic a plus)
• Available to be on site as needed
