Coordinates on-board HVAC activities daily. 'Prepares MTO by extracting quantities from engineering drawings and issues/controls drawings to the site. Ensures that databases are updated [or future records, both in trackers and local drives, as per work Instructions Updates job identification and specification requirements in the departmental database for record-Keeping Prepares and submits the daily manpower allocation report, enters CRS data, manpower supply and subcontract labor supply report to other departments reports on or before the specified time Prepares HVAC equipment condition reports / material submittals / method statement based On inputs from FM / Sr FM / HVAC Supervisor I Production Engineer. Updates employee personal details, surplus materials, and maintains associated records Maintains gas monitoring records and submits monthly basis (in ccbrdination with the Safety personnel). HVAC Brazers Certification — Maintain a certification register, follow up for revalidation on time, and Coordinate with the department. Prepares and fdlows up on material requisitions and subcontract requisitions via IFS/email; communicates with buyersJexpedit0rs and the Main Store. prepares daily matenals, follows reports and maintains records. Raises work requests to other trades via IFS and follows up through email with the respective departments Prepares job inspection reports, obtains Client approvals, maintains HVAC checklists, pre-startup checklists, and JCRs; saves soft copies Estimates man-hours as per the agreed tantt/dlscusslons With supervisors and submits them tor project supervision review via IFS/Excel. Updates tradc estimated man-hours in IFS after approval for ship repair, conversion, and new-build projects Create SCFs for the subcontractor completed HVAC jobs Manages daily HVAC AC team timesheets and client timesheets, scans and stores them in common folder before submitting to Admin/MC Prepare tag lists and compiles project documentatlon Raise inspection requests to QC via IFS and tracks HVAC-AC punch lists, inspection requests ('Rs), tags, and coordinates with Supervision Ior closeouts. Documents sailed projects according to the department's documentation procedures. Prepares daily progress reports for ongoing HVAC repair, conversion, and new build projects and submit them to the project engineer/Supervisor for review Prepares scrap reports and maintains gate pass records. Calibration of HVAC Instruments & Tools — Maintain a calibration register, revalidate as needed, and coordinate With internal team and the procurement department. Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
