# HVAC & MEP ENGINEER **Beam Box Technical Works LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC & MEP Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction and fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP works, with strong expertise in HVAC systems and overall building services. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise HVAC and MEP works at project sites. - Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents. - Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, ELV, and other MEP services. - Monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams. - Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and ensure proper system handover. - Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination conflicts. - Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural works. - Review material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and inspection requests. - Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed within the required schedule. - Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, HSE standards, and project quality requirements. - Prepare progress reports and assist with project documentation and handover. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field . - Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/MEP projects. - UAE experience in construction, interior fit-out, hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential projects is preferred. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination. - Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, testing & commissioning, and site execution . - Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of BIM/Revit and MS Office is an advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. - UAE driving licence is an advantage.
