We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales - B2B Salesperson This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales. The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales. Job Title: HVAC Service Agreement Sales Pay: $37,000 to $55,000 base + Commission. Career growth and advancement opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Position Overview: Presenting the company to potential commercial customers Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients Prospecting new business for Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Sales and Upgrades Cold calling and in person meetings with potential new customers Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 years of B2B sales experience Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans and ROI Strong Sales aptitude Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients Extremely organized and timely in tasks, calls and projects Time and activity management skills Ability to climb a ladder
