# HVAC Engineer **نكست الشرق للإستشارات الهندسية** · Cairo · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: HVAC Engineer Experience Level: +5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Office Location: Cairo, Egypt Requirements and Qualifications: · HVAC Systems Design Including Cooling Load Calculations, Ventilation Systems, Chilled Water Systems and Smoke Management in Compliance with International Codes and Standards. · Proficient in Using Design Tools and Calculation (HAP, Duct Sizing, Pipe Sizing, Equipment Selection…etc.). · Awareness of New Technologies and Sustainable Systems Design. · Gulf Countries Projects Experience is Mandatory (Experience in Dubai Projects is Highly Advantageous). · High-Rise Buildings, Mixed-Use and Mega-Projects Design Experience. · Strong proficiency in BIM Modeling and Coordination with Level of Development LOD 300 and LOD 400 Using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
