HVAC Direct to OEM Sales-Account Manager-Nationwide Remote

Job Overview

As a Direct to OEM Sales professional, you’ll build relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and guide enterprise customers toward technology solutions that meet their needs. You’ll connect sales strategy with technical expertise, partnering across teams to move opportunities from discovery through deal closing. Your impact: By aligning solutions to customer requirements, you help OEM clients make informed technology decisions and support successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow OEM accounts through solution sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Lead pre-sales discovery, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with sales engineering teams on solution design.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demos that explain enterprise software and relevant networking or cloud solutions.
• Coordinate with customer support, product, and technical teams to manage projects and maintain clear client communication.
• Track opportunities, account activity, and sales progress in Salesforce Cloud or another customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, corporate sales, or business development within technology; demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and close deals.
• Strong analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer support skills.
• Technical proficiency in computer networking, enterprise software, and one or more of AWS, Azure, VMware, Python, or Linux.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear sales engineering presentations and customer-focused solutions.
• CRM system proficiency, including Salesforce Cloud, is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
