Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across our Bacoor City Cavite office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our HR practices and drive positive change within the company. What you'll be doing Supervising and developing a team of HR coordinators and specialists to deliver exceptional HR services Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience Administering employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related programmes Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations Identifying and implementing HR best practices to enhance the overall employee experience Collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Maintaining accurate records and generating HR reports to inform decision-making What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years of HR supervisory experience, preferably within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in the Philippines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on developing and empowering HR professionals Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the Philippine context Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
