Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources - Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process , coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that open positions are closed within the defined 30-day Turnaround Time (TAT) from the date the requirement is received. The role will also involve employee onboarding, documentation, and verification activities , providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the recruitment and employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and stakeholders Manage candidate calls, initial screening coordination, and follow-ups Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the process Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker Follow up proactively with candidates and internal teams to avoid delays Support the recruitment process to enable smooth and timely closures Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience Key Performance Indicators Speed and efficiency of interviews Consistency and effectiveness of follow-ups Accuracy and discipline in maintaining recruitment tracker Contribution to timely closure of positions through coordination Requirements 0 - 1 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) AI-aware / quick to adopt new tools and smarter ways of working Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Non-Negotiable Traits High Focus strong attention to detail and task management Aggressive Follow-ups persistence in driving responses and updates Excellent Communication – clear, confident, and professional What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, organized, and passionate about starting a career in Human Resources , with a strong interest in recruitment and the ability to take ownership of hiring requirements and close positions within the defined TAT. Immediate Joiners are preferred.
