Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels and functions. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to attract high-quality applicants. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process in compliance with employment law and HR legal standards. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruiting practices. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and support employee relations initiatives to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Engage in research to identify talent trends and improve recruiting strategies for high-volume and technical recruiting projects. Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively. Expertise in talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing, along with proficiency in HR systems like ATS platforms. Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through relationship management techniques. Familiarity with social media marketing (recruitment) strategies for sourcing diverse talent pools. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Experience in technical recruiting, campus recruitment, employee orientation, training & development programs, and succession planning is highly desirable.
