The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and successfully closing placements with our client companies. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels. Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure regular follow-up until candidate joining. Handle candidate queries and provide proper interview and joining guidance. Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and joining targets. Coordinate with the client acquisition team regarding current vacancies. Maintain proper records of interviews, selections, offers, and joining status. Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong follow-up and convincing skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Candidate registrations and sourcing. Interviews scheduled. Candidate selections. Successful candidate joinings. Follow-up and conversion ratio.
