This role oversees employee relations, recruiting and staffing, benefits, compliance, policies, and facility operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a positive, efficient, and well-supported workplace culture. Supervisory Duties Directly supervises 2 employees within the HR & Operations departments. This includes responsibility of all mailroom functions and the reception area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable law. Interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; addressing employee concerns; and resolving operational and personnel issues. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Three to five years of Human Resources experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses and registrations required: None Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
