Coordinate arrival logistics and assist with onboarding documentation for imported workers. Arrange regular recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day. Consolidate recruitment data to prepare HR reports. Implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., recognition programs and team-building activities) to promote a positive workplace environment. Support ad hoc HR duties and projects as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. At least 1 year's HR experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / FMCG industry. Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Sound knowledge of HK employment laws and regulations.
