Handle the full recruitment process, including (but not limited to) confirming hiring headcount and costs with responsible managers, placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, recruitment events, and coordinating onboarding/work arrangements after joining. Handle attendance records, leave tracking, monthly payroll processing, and various employee benefits. Prepare relevant employment documents, keep personnel information updated in the HR system at all times, and ensure data accuracy. Plan and implement HR-related projects and initiatives. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, and carry out temporary tasks as required. Requirements Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience in a large company or within the F&B industry. Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and various recruitment channels in the F&B business. Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant HR-related regulations. Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, outgoing, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with problem-solving skills; hardworking and able to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; HRIS experience is an advantage. Good command of spoken and written English. Applicants with more experience can be considered for a senior position.
