Coordinate smooth joining and induction formalities for new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement Resolve day-to-day employee grievances and assist with counseling. Plan and execute staff engagement activities to boost workplace satisfaction. Payroll & Data Administration Maintain precise physical and digital employee records. Assist in attendance tracking and inputs for timely payroll processing. Performance & Training Support Track performance appraisal cycles and collate training feedback. Communicate performance metrics or gaps to management and staff. Policy Compliance Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring protocols. Support exit formalities and conduct basic separation interviews Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
