The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should lead end-to-end HR operations, ensuring full labor law compliance and strong employee relations across all companies. We are looking for a Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field with proven, multi-site HR experience. The right candidate must be articulate when drafting corporate policies, firm when handling disciplinary or legal matters, and highly adaptable as a mobile professional. You must be proactive in managing job architectures, meticulous in attendance and payroll validation, and ready to rove between our various company offices to maintain direct operational oversight. A Human Resources Officer's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: Labor Compliance, Legal Representation & Policy Making: Ensuring 100% compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE regulations, and applicable statutory standards across all companies. Representing the company as the primary technical contact during DOLE inspections, hearings, and official summonses with a firm, well-prepared approach. Drafting, refining, and enforcing clear corporate policies regarding attendance, leave accruals, code of conduct, and workplace discipline. Managing employee relations with complete transparency and legal rigor, handling administrative investigations, issuing Notices to Explain (NTE), and managing grievance procedures. End-to-End Recruitment & Job Architecture: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across all group companies, from entry-level positions to specialized technical and managerial roles. Developing and updating comprehensive job architectures, including clear job descriptions, qualification benchmarks, and salary structures. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure strong cultural alignment and technical capability. Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment documentation, and contract execution for all new hires across operating entities. Attendance, Payroll Validation & Performance Management: Generating and auditing monthly attendance logs, leave balances, and overtimes to ensure accurate inputs for payroll processing. Conducting meticulous payroll validation prior to final disbursement, verifying deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions with zero error tolerance. Designing and driving the annual/bi-annual Performance Review process, guiding department managers on objective evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitoring probation periods, regularizations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) to maintain high productivity across teams. Multi-Site Roving & Management Reporting: Roving frequently between the head office, plants, malls, and site project locations to establish a direct HR presence and address local floor concerns. Preparing comprehensive HR metrics, headcount reports, turnover analyses, and labor cost summaries for Management decision-making. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management based on the corporate, legal, and operational needs of the group. Job Qualifications At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than three (3) years, commensurate with achievements. Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of trends pertinent to the profession. Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree Relevant Master’s Degree is a huge advantage Initial monthly salary range for this role is from PHP 20,000 - 30,000 and is commensurate with relevant job experience.
