If you're ready to take your HR expertise into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to the success of multiple thriving restaurants, we want you on our team! ** We're specifically looking for candidates in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, and Texas** Candidates from other states will not be considered at this time. What You'll Do: · Manage day-to-day HR, payroll, and benefits operations for 2-3 restaurant clients. · Offer continuous employee relations support and leadership development to clients. · Lead weekly virtual strategy sessions to address clients' current challenges and streamline processes. · Collaborate within a close-knit "supergroup" team, directly reporting to a Director of HR Operations. · Dedicate yourself to enhancing client culture and operational excellence, allowing them to focus on what they do best—running exceptional restaurants. Who You Are: · An experienced HR professional with 3+ years in HR roles, especially handling multi-unit, high-volume payroll - restaurant management experience a BIG plus. · A proactive, positive thinker who is self-driven and ambitious. · Known for high standards, a strong sense of urgency, and a track record of success in the restaurant industry. · Eager to learn, grow, and handle multiple clients with evolving needs. · Passionate about people and the restaurant industry, with a desire to work remotely.
