Human Resources Manager
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. Duties Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless employee experience Develop and execute strategic workforce planning and organization design to meet evolving business needs Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, performance management, and training & development programs to enhance skills and engagement Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA regulations Drive change management initiatives by leading organizational development projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensure HR legal compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR systems (like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), and regulatory requirements Facilitate employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, promoting open communication, and handling confidential information with integrity Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of human capital management principles Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, talent management, succession planning, and affirmative action planning Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Ceridian; strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools for reporting purposes Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards across various jurisdictions Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Project management capabilities to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is preferred Join us as we build an empowering workplace where innovation meets opportunity!
