Human Resources Manager
Job Title : HR Manager (Multi-Branch) Company : My Kiddyland / Lunix Kids Sdn Bhd Location : On-site, rotating across TSB / PD / NK branches (own transport required) Reports to : Management (Directors) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to independently lead all HR functions across our three branches. This role holds full decision-making authority on employee relations and disciplinary matters, and is expected to operate with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, offer negotiation Oversee onboarding process and documentation for new hires across all branches Employee Relations & Discipline Independently handle warning letters, staff counselling, disciplinary hearings, and termination processes Conduct investigations, interviews, and statement-taking Ensure procedural compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 Performance & Training Design and administer probation/performance appraisal processes Coordinate staff training programs, including HRDF claims and attendance tracking Policy & Compliance Maintain and enforce company HR policies and employee handbook Prepare and submit compliance/audit reports Monitor Approval Flow and Org Chart structures, flagging when updates are needed Employee Records & Administration Maintain personnel files, attendance records, and HR documentation across all 3 branches Day-to-Day HR Operations Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all branch staff and management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a role holding independent decision-making authority Proven track record independently managing disciplinary cases, warnings, and terminations Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 Willing and able to travel regularly across 3 branch locations Experience in early childhood education / childcare sector is an advantage Strong judgment, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Free parking Maternity leave Meal allowance Meal provided Opportunities for promotion Professional development Work Location: In person
