Human Resources Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Oversee employee relations, investigations, union grievances, and compliance with federal and local laws
• Manage key administrative functions including FMLA, ADA, accommodations, benefits, and workers' compensation
• Advise management, meet deadlines, and coordinate special human resources projects
• Maintain a high-pressure environment while ensuring adherence to organizational policies

What You'll Need

• At least two years of human resources experience
• High school diploma or GED (candidates must be 18 years of age or older)
• Strong background in employee relations, regulatory compliance, and computer applications
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
