Position Summary · The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and ensuring effective delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. This position oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, compensation administration, training initiatives, and HR policy implementation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes. · Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans. · Oversee onboarding and orientation programs. · Manage employee separation processes and exit interviews. · Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend actions. · Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and conflict resolution. · Maintain compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements. · Administer compensation changes and benefits programs. · Lead annual Open Enrollment activities. · Ensure HRIS data integrity in ADP Workforce Now. · Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards. · Coordinate training and employee development initiatives. · Supervise HR support staff and departmental workflows. · Lead HR projects and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. · 5-7 years of progressive HR experience required. · Experience with employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and benefits administration. · Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred. · SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
