Human Resources Manager
Human Resources Officer – We are seeking a proactive and people‑focused Human Resources Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting staff, and is passionate about building positive workplace culture. You will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data is up to date. Contribute to workplace health and safety compliance and initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support HR projects such as training programs, engagement activities, and culture initiatives. Requirements Experience in a Human Resources role or similar position. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
