Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. Duties Talent Acquisition End-to-end recruitment for all roles; role profiles, sourcing, interviewing, offer, background check, and onboarding People Strategy Workforce planning, succession planning, talent pipeline, organizational design input to CEO Culture & Engagement Company culture definition and stewardship; employee engagement measurement; recognition programs Performance Management Annual review cycle design and facilitation; performance improvement plan (PIP) process; manager coaching Learning & Development Training needs assessment; onboarding programs; manager development; food safety training coordination Compensation & Benefits Salary benchmarking; annual merit review process; benefits administration and open enrollment Employee Relations Complaint and conflict investigation; disciplinary process; termination; exit interviews Compliance FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, Title VII, OSHA 300 log, I-9, EEO-1; employment handbook maintenance Payroll Admin Timesheet collection verification; payroll processor liaison; payroll review before processing Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. PHR or SHRM-CP strongly preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP a significant advantage. - Minimum 6–10 years in HR; at least 3 years as the senior or sole HR person in an organization (HR manager, HR director, or HR business partner with broad scope) . - Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing an hourly production workforce is a significant advantage. - Experience in companies with 75–300 employees — must be comfortable without a large HR team and able to operate both strategically and administratively . - Bilingual English/Spanish required for direct communication with production workforce - Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, Title VII, OSHA, I-9 compliance, EEO-1 reporting; must know when an employment attorney is required - Experience administrating or closely supervising payroll for an hourly workforce; PAYCOR, or equivalent Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
