In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee development to benefits administration and regulatory compliance. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday. Lead employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization, fostering engagement from day one. Manage performance evaluation processes, including setting clear objectives, conducting reviews, and implementing performance management systems aligned with organizational goals. Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and other regulatory requirements. Drive change management initiatives by designing organization structures, succession planning, and workforce planning strategies that support long-term growth. Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by mediating conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, training & development, and benefits administration. Proficiency in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex or similar platforms; experience with Excel data analysis is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively collaborate across teams. Knowledge of OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, organization design, and performance management best practices. Strong organizational skills complemented by experience in personnel administration, data entry accuracy, and contract management.
