Human Resources Manager
Role Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for building a strong, accountable, and continuously developing organization. We need someone who can balance employee care, performance management, learning and development, manpower optimization, and management support. Key Responsibilities HR Team Leadership Lead and develop the existing HR team Establish clear responsibilities and service standards Ensure HR concerns are addressed properly and on time Performance Management Strengthen KPI and performance review systems Ensure managers properly document performance issues Implement improvement plans and accountability processes Identify whether performance gaps require coaching, training, or formal action Learning & Development Identify skill and competency gaps across departments Create an annual and quarterly training and development plan Proactively source external trainers, courses, workshops, certifications, and learning partners Initiate internal training programs based on business needs Develop managers in leadership, people management, communication, problem-solving, and accountability Coordinate technical and functional training with department heads Build individual development and career plans for high-potential employees Measure whether training actually improves employee performance Build succession plans for critical positions Recruitment & Manpower Planning Ensure critical positions are filled quickly Review manpower requirements across Head Office and operations Recommend whether positions should be hired, outsourced, consolidated, or removed Maintain recruitment pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles Employee Engagement & Retention Regularly understand employee concerns and morale Recommend practical retention and engagement initiatives Improve communication between employees, managers, and management Establish clear career and development opportunities for strong performers Compensation & Organization Review salaries, job levels, promotions, and organizational structure Benchmark roles appropriately Help management control manpower cost without compromising critical functions Employee Relations & Compliance Handle disciplinary cases professionally and consistently Ensure due process and proper documentation Maintain compliance with Philippine labor requirements and company policies Work with Legal when necessary Management Partnership Provide management with regular manpower and HR insights Identify people and capability risks before they become larger operational problems Support organizational restructuring and succession planning Recommend where management should invest in people development Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years leading an HR team or function Strong experience in: Learning & Development, Employee relations, Performance management, Recruitment, Compensation and manpower planning, Organizational development, Philippine Labor Laws and due process Must have experience developing or implementing training and employee development programs Experience in retail, F&B, QSR, franchising, multi-branch operations, or another fast-paced organization is highly preferred Comfortable working directly with senior management Able to handle both strategic HR work and urgent operational concerns Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Employee discount Health insurance Application Question(s): What is your expected salary for the role?
