Human Resources Manager
Asset Homez International Properties LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one evaluations Monitor and analyze employee KPIs, targets and performance trends Prepare monthly HR and performance reports for management Identify performance gaps and coordinate with HODs/TLs on performance improvement plans Track attendance, leaves, punctuality and employee discipline Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies Manage employee relations, grievances and workplace concerns Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and processes Coordinate employee confirmations, promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions Support management with manpower planning and organizational requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation Coordinate with Accounts/Admin on payroll inputs, attendance and employee-related matters Monitor employee engagement, retention and workplace culture Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends Ensure HR processes are consistently implemented across all departments Provide management with HR insights and recommendations to improve productivity and employee performance What We Offer: Competitive Salary Career growth and development opportunities Dynamic and performance-driven work environment Visa benefits Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing real estate organization Requirements: 3+ years of UAE/Dubai HR experience , preferably within real estate Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices Strong recruitment and people-management skills Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities Immediate joiners preferred Location: Dubai, UAE Interested candidates?
