Arabic Speaker- We’re Hiring: HR Manager | UAE Experience Required - Arabic Speaker Imperium Group is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function within the engineering and design environment . This role is ideal for a professional who understands the dynamics of engineering, architecture, and project-based organizations and can align HR strategies with business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead recruitment efforts for engineering, architecture, and technical roles Design and implement KPI systems and performance management frameworks Oversee employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices Manage compensation, benefits, and organizational structure Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager in the UAE (Engineering/Construction/Consultancy preferred) Strong understanding of technical roles (Architects, Engineers, Designers, etc.) Experience in performance management systems and KPIs Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field What We Offer: Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a growing engineering group Dynamic and professional work environment Career growth and leadership exposure Application Question(s): What is your notice period (in days)?
