HR Operations: Assist with employee onboarding, record management, and attendance/leave tracking. People & Data Management: Maintain recruitment pipelines, HR databases, and candidate logs using basic MS Excel. Requirements & Qualifications Education: MBA / MBA(HR) / Post-Graduation fresh graduates (HR focus preferred). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
