About the opportunity: Are you an organised, detail-oriented HR professional looking to build your career within a supportive and fast-paced Human Resources team? We're looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join our EMEA team. This role sits at the heart of our Human Resources function, providing critical support across the employee lifecycle while helping ensure a seamless experience for our people and leaders. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, payroll, employees, hiring managers and global stakeholders, making a meaningful impact on the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the region. What you’ll be doing: You'll support the smooth delivery of Human Resources operations across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. You'll coordinate a range of HR administration activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great employee experience. You’ll support employee relations activities across the region, working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure fair and compliance processes. You'll maintain employee data and records across HR systems, ensuring information remains accurate, secure and up to date. You'll act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries, delivering a high-quality and responsive HR support experience. You'll support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities, helping new employees get off to a great start. You'll partner with HR, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure employee information is managed effectively and processes run smoothly. You'll assist with reporting, analytics and people data insights that support business decision-making. You'll support training, employee engagement and Human Resources initiatives across the region. You'll help ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR requirements and internal governance standards. You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance HR processes, systems and ways of working. • What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey: You’ll be a recent HR Graduate, either through a degree or apprenticeship program. You’ll ideally have internship or apprenticeship experience under your belt, however this isn’t essential. You’ll ideally be working towards CIPD level 3, though this is not essential. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You'll demonstrate strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. You'll be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion. You'll have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You'll have an interest in employment legislation and HR best practice. You'll bring a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering a great employee experience. At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit. If your salary expectations are not in line with the proposed salary published for this role, you are still encouraged to apply.
