In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Oversee employee orientation programs to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations effectively. Administer employee evaluation and performance management programs to support ongoing development and recognition initiatives. Coordinate benefits administration, including health plans, retirement options, and leave policies such as FMLA and workers' compensation claims. Lead HR projects related to organizational design, workforce management, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Maintain accurate HRIS data records using systems such as Workday or Oracle HCM; analyze data for reporting purposes using Excel. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively. Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with leadership on HR sourcing strategies and leverage ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Taleo for recruitment efforts. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with comprehensive knowledge of human resources management practices. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, onboarding, employee evaluation, and performance management processes. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance management. Proficiency with HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors or Lever; skilled in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Experience managing projects related to organization design, workforce planning, or change management initiatives is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally.
