# Human Resources Generalist **Crossroads Blends** · Union, NJ 07083 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Human Resources Generalist Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, HR administration, and policy compliance. This role will work closely with employees and management to support HR initiatives and ensure the consistent application of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Human Resources operations and respond to employee inquiries. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Coordinate employee-related payroll updates with management and the HR/payroll service provider, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, time-off matters, and other employee updates. Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices. Support employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, performance concerns, and corrective actions when necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Assist with benefits administration and employee leave programs, including FMLA and applicable state leave requirements. Coordinate Workers’ Compensation matters, including workplace injury reporting, claim documentation, employee follow-up, and coordination with management and the HR/insurance provider. Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives. Help monitor compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Prepare and review HR reports, employee information, and administrative documentation. Partner with management to identify workforce needs and support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in Human Resources, employee relations, HR administration, or a related role preferred. Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or similar environment, is a plus. General understanding of employment practices, HR policies, and workplace compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS or employee management systems is a plus.
